Azure B1 virtual machines time limit and conditions

Hi ,
I am new to azure. Checking azure free tier limits.
Is azure VM Linux limit 750 hours is per month or over 12 months ? Or is it like we can use 1 vm for 750 hrs per month and and we can make another vm after the initial vm time limit is over for 12 months . In short can we make another vm in the next month for the same 750 hours

If you need to use more than one virtual machine, you can create additional virtual machines, but the 750-hour limit applies to each individual virtual machine. For example, if you create two Linux virtual machines, you can use each one for up to 750 hours per month without additional charges. It's also worth noting that the free tier limits are renewed every month, so you can continue to use the free services as long as you stay within the specified usage limits. However, if you exceed the usage limits, you may be charged for additional usage beyond the free tier limits.
