Unable to cancel account created from gmail but got billed

I was trying to create an Azure account using my Gmail. Not sure how I was able to progress but had difficulty in creating the account. I got far enough in the process to enter my credit card information and I recently got a bill from Microsoft for Azure services. I am trying to get into the account that I apparently generated but there is no way to log into Azure using my Gmail address. Tried to contact Azure support but always get bunch of filled out fields and automated response. Much appreciated to nnyone out there can help me.
