I can not access Azure

I am using a personal email(nirm5202@Stuff .com) to access to Azure (linked with my college id: nirmalsureshbhai.patel@dcmail.ca).

This is a common error code related to authentication, I have seen people fixed this by talking Microsoft support. I'll put link for Microsoft support and they can help you fix this.
