How to open an architecture support request?

Hi there, According to my developer support plan I get architecture support in the form of general guidance. First of all, I am not sure what that means. I want to sent a request to someone in azure to provide me with some architecture help regarding my application. Where do I submit this request. Do I simply open a technical support request? Thanks, Chris
