Unable to Delete Subscription

Hi, We are currently trying to delete all tenants for out company other employees have setup over the past few years. The issue is these employees have moved on since. we had 3 tenants, we have managed to delete 2 but left with one. Both Global Admins but if go to delete the tenant it shows we have Delete all Azure subscriptions and underlying resources then shows Active for "Access to Azure Active Directory" if either of us go in to it, "Cancel Subscription" is greyed out. If we want to raise a support request, it fails saying we do not have permission.

    I would suggest raising a ticket using your local number from one of the Global Support numbers listed here:

    They will be able to assist with the subscription removal. You will need to provide proof that you are the owner of the Subscription.
