Hello Please I need your help on this issue. We work together with an external company to setup SAP LMS connected to our Microsoft 365 tenant. From SAP LMS there are Teams-meetings setup. After the meeting, in SAP LMS we need to see the attendance to the meeting. What we now see is that there is a difference in the attendance time we see in Teams admin center and what SAP LMS can see through the MS Graph API. Is this a known issue or is there something we can do to fix this? The attendance time we see in SAP LMS is about double the time we see in Teams itself.   In Teams we see an attendance time of 17m36 s,  in SAP LMS (through Graph API) we get 2112 seconds, ~35 minutes, so about double the time

    Hi @Iniobong Nkanga

Microsoft Teams tag is mainly focused on the general issue of Microsoft Teams application troubleshooting.

Based on your description, I wonder which conference report best matches the actual time?

Currently, the known issues and limitations for Teams are as follows:

    • In meetings with more than 120 participants, the attendance report that's available during the meeting will only include a partial list of attendees. The post-meeting report will contain the full list.
    • The report does not include insights from deleted breakout rooms.
    • The report does not currently include view-only attendees.
    • If a channel meeting is in progress and someone starts a second meeting within the same channel conversation, an attendance report will be available only for the second meeting. You can go to the Attendance tab in the Teams calendar invite for all channel meeting attendance reports.
    • If someone waits in the lobby and doesn't get admitted to the meeting, they won't be included in the report.
    • When a participant is on hold in a meeting, their info is still included for this period of time in the attendance report.
