Windows Narrator is not working for dropdown list control

Dear Team,

We are experiencing an issue when we utilize Windows Narrator Screen Reader to announce dynamic web page drop-down elements via major browsers (Ex: Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, and Mozilla Firefox).

In Edge (or other two above specified browsers), any HTML select control can be switched by pressing/triggering Keyboard Up/Down controls, while they can be switched by pressing/triggering Enter then use keyboard Up/Down controls.
However, once we start Microsoft Windows Narrator Screen Reader then make a HTML select control active, it does not work through keyboard Up/Down controls and instead it will go to next section when keyboard up/down is pressed/triggered. We have to press/trigger "Enter" to display selection panel which contains all options, but at the same time it also does not work for some select controls which is built by CMS option set fields if we press/trigger Up/Down controls in option panel, it will close the current panel and move to next section.

Based on my observations with multiple MS Windows devices, it seems to work on Windows 10 Home (OS Version 19045.2728) but not on Windows 10 Enterprise or Professional (OS Version 19044.2778)

I have compared Windows Narrator Screen Reader settings between working vs non-working devices (this specific issue per say) and they seem to be identical or nothing suspicious.

Also, wanted to mention that I have done main troubleshooting methods suggested by the MS Support Team such as re-installing the browser (Chrome and Firefox) and/or upgrading to the latest version, Upgrade Windows to the latest version, and re-enabling Narrator etc.

I advise you to report this issue through the Feedback Hub app and make sure share exact steps to reproduce the problem and edition of Windows which is affected.
