File Explorer flashes bright white when opening it.

Hello when using Windows 11 normally (in dark mode) when minimizing/restoring a window (for example, File Explorer) the window will flash white before displaying the content.
Steps to repeat the error: If you would like to see this issue on your PC simply go onto the start menu and type animations. Turn OFF Play animations in windows which is under Visual Options. Now in Dark Mode open a file explorer and I am sure you will see the white flash. 1- Select Dark mode on Windows 11 and use a dark background. 2- Open File Explorer and then minimize it and open it again. You will see the white flash of background each time the window is re-open. This happens on all versions of windows 11/10.

Because the white flash occurs should be a hardcoded problem, currently we can't change the hardcoded part. Can only wait for the official fix. 2023-04-13T08:51:52.3833333+00:00 I believe 4 years later, a Windows "version" later and new support website is justified for a new/reminder ticket that something as simple and impactful as this still remain.
Technet is no longer used and any remaining issues will likely be history.
The videos/gifs on reddit really help to showcase the issue, thanks. We cannot forget that while old issues are not resolved, new ones are introduced with windows 11 (for example we cannot have a small task bar now), we just keep adding issues on top of issues.

How hard can it be to change ONE COLOUR in HEX ?!?!?!?
The author of StartAllBack was able to fix it, but you've decided to block this app.The sheer amount of incompetence in Microsoft's headquarters exceeds all other companies I've had "pleasure" to deal with.

Anyway here's a possible solution ; this worked for me.

I personally turn off most 'visual effects' , after a fresh install. And for me this was the problem. I had the classic white flash when opening explorer windows and new tabs etc and opening the browser .
but i found the solution - i turned the radio button to ' adjust for best appearance' under Control Panel -> System -> Advanced - > 'Performance Settings' -> Visual Effects. "
Make sure everything is selected 'on' such as Animations / Enable Peek / Fade or slide - all that stuff should be 'on'.
No go and see the difference. Its fixed.
