Client received email from MSFT: "Thank you for using Microsoft Teams APIs on Microsoft Graph.  In October 2021 and June 2022, we announced specific licensing and payment requirements for these metered APIs.

If your application requires more than the Evaluation Mode's seeded capacity of 500 messages per month, it must use model=A or B (not evaluation mode) and have active Azure billing subscriptions set up."
