Windows Server 2019 hardening / microsoft baseline security

Question

Hi All, I would like to create a clean template for windows server 2019. But hardening takes a long time to do. If you have a clean bullet-pointed guide or a template to follow that would be very helpful. Also, up-to-date Microsoft baseline security list as well. On Microsoft`s website, I found a compliance tool kit but that tool kit doesn't include windows server 2019.
