Cannot sign up for Azure DevOps Services

Hi everyone, I am trying to sign up for Azure DevOps but when I click the "Continue" button to sign up it does nothing. It doesn't seem like the page has been refreshed or anything. Does anyone know what could be the issue?
I've tried refreshing the browser, clearing the cache, tried both Edge and Chrome with private browsers but still no luck...Any help is greatly appreciated!
