I'm having problems connecting via remote desktop (both web and client), the machines result running but the status in the host session results shutdown .. when I try to connect with remote desktop I get resource unavailable error .. how can I solve ?

If the status is not correct in the host pool blade, please try a reboot via the VM blade first and if the state isn’t updated, check if there are any routings/FW settings in place that block the agent communication of the VM.
