how to set notifications for azure service principals secret expiration

Question

I request to provide multiple ways to set the notifications on secret expiration of azure app registration. Exclude Azure automation could you please provide other ways to get notified on app registrations. Or do we have alternative way of accessing app services without app registration secrets.
