What's the type of your account(POP, IMAP, Exchange)?
Have you performed any special operations on your outlook or PC before this issue happened?
In order to conduct if the issue is related to your account itself, it's suggested to log in your account to the Web Mail to check if it could work normally. If it could work normally on your Web Mail, the issue may be related to the client, please try to troubleshoot it by the steps below:
- According to my research, corrupted data file may cause this error, please first try to repair your data files.
- Also, there’s actually a size limit for data files in Outlook, this issue may also happen when your files exceed the limit. It’s suggested to check your size of your data files and reduce your data file if it’s necessary.
- Considering this error happened when sending/receiving, it may be related to corrupted send/receive file(.srs) or Outlook profile, please try to create a new profile and re-add your account to check(Control Panel>Mail>Show profiles>New>type name>re-add your account).
- If the issue still exists, in order to avoid the interference of add-ins in Outlook or antivirus programs, please try to close your antivirus programs and restart your Outlook in safe mode to check if it could work normally(Windows + R>type”Outlook.exe \safe”>enter).
