Urgent Help : Outlook Presnce in MS Teams along with Fedraated domain

Hi Team

My tenant is lifedream.co.in - using MS teams only mode

federated domain : Cloudmonkeys.xyz

Iam facing one issue, where i can see the outlook presence of federated domain users (Say for Cloudmnkeys.xyz) ******@cloudmonkeys.xyz is showing "Presence Unknown" . however their status is showing "Available" or "Away" etc from MS Teams client.

Cloudmonkeys.xyz is also using MS Teams Only mode.

i Said , hi to the user ******@cloudmonkeys.xyz and started conversation , with 24 hours after conversation. The user ******@cloudmonkeys.xyz presence i could able to see in outlook as "available" or away" -- I presence unknown is showing as correctly once we initated the chat between us,

Other user in the Cloudmonkeys.xyz domain also behaving the same.

I would like to know, how Teams presence is working in outlook between the federated domains in version mode.

i have gone through to the below link , nothing provided for my issue.

Hi @Ramki ,

In my understanding, Presence sharing with everyone (including Federated services) is always enabled for users in Teams. When your Teams integrated with outlook, Your Teams client will tell outlook what your status is, and outlook will ask your local copy of Teams what your status is and put it next to your name.
