@Rita Han - MSFT Don't forget that the new Edge browser will also generate this. I just found this thread because I had the same debug file from Edge.
Debug file is being generated automatically whenever laptop gets connected to internet.

directory_reader_win.ccis generated by Chrome, you can refer to this thread: "Why is there a debug file on my computer and how to I fix it" to see if it helps.winapi-generaltag is focusing on Win32 C++ development, for Chrome related issue, it is suggested to contact Chrome support for helping. -

Günter Born 31 Reputation points Volunteer Moderator2020-10-18T22:50:13.193+00:00 The debug file is created from all Chromium 68x based browsers (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Brave Browser, Vivendi ...) randomly. There is now an issue entry in Google's bug tracker for Chromium. So I guess they will fix it soon in a new release.
And maybe it helps to delete the content of the folder Crashpad.
Chromium 68 browsers (Chrome, Edge etc.) create debug.log files
