I have tried to solve this problem myself but still not working.

Azure AD Connect Password Hash Sync does NOT sync to Cloud
Hey
I have migrated a few users with Azure AD Connect, but it does not seem like the onpremise password is synced to the cloud.
However, if i check Azure Active Directory the Account is synced from onpremise and there is no duplicates what so ever.
Any clue?

SOLUTION was to re do Azure AD Connect configuration and disable Password Hash Sync and Enable it
Also i found out about PTF (Pass-Through Authentication) that was a much more legit solution.I hope someone can find help in this thread with similiar issue

1) The Synchronize now check box was not selected.
2) You enabled password synchronization after directory sync already occurred.
3) A full directory sync has not yet completed.You can also try this article when you face a similar issue.
