SharePoint server 2019 portal does not show user login credentials and gear icon after login.

SharePoint server 2019 portal does not show user login credentials and gear icon after login. In order to mitigate the issue updated the server and installed security patch of March 2023. However, the issue still remains the same. Screenshot attached. Can anybody propose any solution to overcome this issue?1.png

    Hi @Shuvajit Roy,

    You can start a full sync in your user profile service.

    Firstly please go to SharePoint central administration >> Manage services on server >> make sure the status of User Profile Service is Started.
