Cannot log in after clean install

Question

I have clean installed windows (with option of removing everything) and after turning it on it shows the log in display where its asking me for a username amd password. I have tried logging in with two accounts, one is through a gmail and it says that the username or password is incorrect. The oner one is from my university since i got the windows through them and for that one it says there is not an account linked to that email. I have tried this with local or domain account password sing in type and the microsoft account password sign in type but it just keeps giving me different errors. I have changed the password on both accounts just to be sure im not using the wrong one

Hi,

What system image you used? A customized domain image or a public one downloaded from Microsoft website?
Did you login system after create user account for first time?

After performed clean installation, Windows system will require for a new user account and password. If it is downloaded from Microsoft website, it would not available to join into domain, so try to check with your local account, especially Microsoft account. Make sure you are not mix capital letter with lowercase.
