Excel Sharepoint file formulas stopped working in browser

Hello there, I use an excel file where there are several tabs used by multiple users at once, we have the users do this in the SharePoint browser (see below photo). The first 4 columns have formulas in them and have worked fine for the past month since we implemented this file. A few days ago the formulas stopped working in all tabs of the file. I checked that iterative & auto calculations were still active and they were. From there I opened the file in the Excel App itself and all formulas worked fine populating the first 4 columns. What I don't want to do is have several users open the Excel App and input data there as it will cause a whole lot of confusion, we don't want several copies of the file saved either.
