Hello In Microsoft KB we see the architecture is AMD64, this mean this KB only for server with AMD processor ? User's image

    AMD64 here refers to the architecture and includes Intel's 64-bit processors as well as AMD's 64-bit CPUs. This patch targets 64-bit versions of Windows Server 2012 R2 installed on these CPUs. This is the same as the x86 architecture that targets both Intel and AMD 32-bit CPUs.

    Hi. Yes. Note that this patch is only applicable to AMD64 architecture. Correspondingly, if it is ARM64, it means that it is only applicable to the ARM64 architecture.
