Then you should be able to address these recommendations using Device configuration policy like settings catalog or administrative templates. You also have the option to use PS scripts, but using the Device configuration policy will be so much easier. Google Chrome admx is built in Intune now.

@Vinod Survase, Thanks for posting in Q&A.

Based on my checking, I only find the policy setting "Enable saving passwords to the password manager" in Intune. Please check if it is what you want.

If it is not the one you want, you can change the registry key via PowerShell script and deploy the PowerShell script via Intune. Here is an example for your reference:
