User is unable to block/reserve room in outlook

Hello All, We had a room "Room1" (On-prem AD object) For that we added VIP group (Mail enabled security group) as member. Earlier it was working all good but now one of the user from that group is unable to block/reserve the room meanwhile others can book that.

We removed the user from group and added back still the issue is not resolved. What might be the cause for this issue? what are things that i need to check here?

    Hi @Akhil , Could you try adding the user directly instead of being a member of the security group and checking if the user still can't book a room? Please feel free to share your test results with us.
