Multi-app kiosk mode app not installed

When I try to enroll tablet in multi-app kiosk mode, after setup is finished one app is missing. Initially, all went well but we forgot to disable few settings (adding/ removing accounts). Although that setting doesn't have anything to do with app installation, we reverted setting but the problem remains. The status of installation is "failed" but there is no code included. Please help. Thank you.
