Can we publish microsoft teams app to teams marketplace only for some organisations or region?

I want to publish a app to teams marketplace but I want to restrict applications access in marketplace only to either certain region or organisations based on tenant ID. Is it possible to do so?

Do you mean uploading custom apps to specific users in Teams?

If this is the case, please follow these steps to set up a custom app policy and assign it to specific users.

If you upload your app to the Microsoft Teams App Store, there's probably no way to restrict use to specific organizations or regions. Because apps published to the Teams Store are also automatically listed on the Microsoft commercial marketplace, they are directly available to users.

Specific release process: Publish your app to the Microsoft Teams store.

If you want to restrict your app to specific people, we recommend that you upload your app directly to Teams and then manage your potential users by setting up Teams admin center policies.

Teams admin center can manage Microsoft, third-party, and custom apps. If you upload an app to the Store, the difference between managing Microsoft apps is that when the app is uploaded to the Store, you can't set permissions to manage them except for users in your organization who are restricted by you.

The detailed steps for setting permissions are as follows:

Sign into Teams admin center: https://admin.teams.microsoft.com/

Check that app uploads are allowed.

Upload the app.

Assign app policies to specific users.
