Hi Team, Every month once we receive patches we test and apply them to laptops and we get issues with the laptops (DELL Latitude), No Bootable devices error, or SSD not able to find from BIOS either of these two issues. for laptops which are connected to the office network are not facing any kind of mentioned issues. only laptops connected via public network has this problem max. I hereby request you provide us with any kind of confirmation that is this happening because of patches or any compatibility issues with laptops, or any additional options that need to be enabled in BIOS. Looking forward to your reply Thank you

To determine if your Dell computer is experiencing a hardware problem, it is recommended that you first run a hardware diagnostic test. Dell offers both integrated and online diagnostics.

If the computer cannot boot into Windows, run the preboot diagnostic test.

    Update BIOS and motherboard drivers.
