MMC certificate types are not available when requesting a computer certificate

Hi, I am trying to request a computer certificate from MMC console but ended with "Certificate types are not available". 1. Show templates option is not available. 2. Able to ping the IssuingCA from this PC 3. Port 135 is opened 4. Firewall is also disabled. All other Computers have received certificate through GPO but the issue is on this PC only. And i could see Event IDs 6 and 13.Any suggestions please. Thanks!

    First, check if you can enroll this computer certificate manually via MMC with local administrator or domain administrator logged in.
