Unable to access MS Designer even though I got an email saying I have access.

The login fails saying it has no idea who I am, even though it's the exact same UI I use all the time. Looks like a login bug.

    I have the same issue "Dieses Microsoft-Konto ist nicht vorhanden. Geben Sie ein anderes Konto ein, oder fordern Sie ein neues an."
