Hello, I created a new fresh install windows 2019 and on the windows update i can see there are message 'some settings are managed by your organization'. It's strange since this windows is in workgroup and not joined to any domain. User's image

    You can check these settings below.

    1.You can click "View configured update policies" under 'some settings are managed by your organization' and view some information.

    2.Maybe these setting is controlled by local group policy settings.
    You can open local group policy editor to check some information.
    Type gpedit.msc and click Enter.
    Navigate to Computer Configuration > Policies > Administrative Templates > Windows components > Windows Update and check if any setting is configured.
    3.If Windows update is controlled by corresponding registry setting.
