Request to Cancel Azure Subscription and Remove Credit Card Information

I recently used Microsoft Azure to test the connection with Azure Data Studio. Unfortunately, I did not fully understand what I was doing and inadvertently created many databases in Azure, which resulted in significant charges. I was under the impression that Azure Subscription would be free or only incur charges for database-related expenses. After creating the databases, I did not utilize them because I did not know how to connect and use them. My invoice number is G021622928, and the total amount charged is $347.42. As a student living in Vietnam, I am not yet employed, and paying this amount is not feasible for me. I am currently trying to cancel my Azure Subscription; however, my VISA card is still linked to it, and I would like to request that it be removed. To remove the card, I understand that I need to settle the outstanding invoice. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue and finding a suitable solution. Please let me know if there are any further steps I need to take to cancel my subscription and remove my credit card information. Thank you for your time and consideration.
