My Office365 business email address opens in Outlook showing as connected, but within 20 seconds goes to disconnected. I've rebooted, updated my profile, used the troubleshooting tools, have tried safe mode access, and OWA with my computer. I can't login with my Ipad, nor Android (see error message below). I've had this account with no issues for 6 years.
My hosting platform is Bluehost for my email ******@resumetech.guru which is paid up. I purchased an Office 365 license in October 2022 for 1 year.
I reached out to support and the cleared the cache/stale credential didn't work since I couldn't log on to OWA. I've had zero response from them in 6 hours.
