About column part in Audit Log excell

I have download through script . There were some JSON files and I have changed that into CSV as well But after changing it to CSV the column feature have been apeared shown as a image below Is there any way to remove that column part? anyone can tell me the way User's image

Hi @Nepali Sandhya ,

Normally, to export and view the audit logs, we can refer to the instructions below to export the results to csv files via either the Compliance portal or PowerShell, then formatting the results using the Power Query editor in Excel.

Per my test, there are no weird "column" part in excel when using these steps.

So, you can try using the recommended steps in the linked article above to export the audit logs again and check the result. Otherwise, you can manually edit the current excel file to remove the "column" part.

@Yuki Sun-MSFT Thank you for the reply I have download logs from script so the column corner will be automatically appeared shown in the picture

I dont know no how to remove it from Excell could you tell me how to do that

Hi @Nepali Sandhya , From this screenshot, seems like you'll get two extra rows (Row1 and Row2) in the output. Please back up this CSV file first. The follow the steps below:

Open the CSV file in Excel by double clicking or right clicking it and choose Open with Excel.

Select Row1 and Row2 by clicking the row number on the left of the worksheet.

Right click and choose Delete.

Save the file and close Excel. Then open Excel again and reopen the modified csv file via Data > From Text/CSV.

Thank you it works Can i ask you one more thing The title of log is in English is there any way to change it in japanese? I try with japanese office 365 tenant but again its log title is in english it would be glad if there is any way to do so

Great to know that it works! As regards to the language of the title, sorry but nothing that I am aware of can change it automatically.
