FTP access to wordpress install does not work

Hi, i have been having nightmares trying to access my wordpress directories via FTP. I followed every possible solution online but the credentials do not seem to give me access. I creatd a User Scope credentials and used those to access the FTP but nothing. I tried from outside of our firewall but nothing. I tried different clients but nothing. I have downloaded the publishing profile and used the credentials from there. I've taken help from Chat GPT and tried all solutions but nothing. I dont want to purchase support as i think this is an issue with Azure so i would ask Microsoft to help out here. Can you please help?

Firstly, apologies for the delay in responding here and any inconvenience this issue may have caused.
This issue needs deeper investigation. Support team will be able to check and help on this. I would recommend you to open a azure support case.
If you don't have a support plan enabled on your subscription, I request you to send an email to AzCommunity@Microsoft.com with Subject as "Attn:Vikas" referencing this thread along with your subscription ID. I can then enable your subscription with a one-time free technical support.
Once the issue is resolved, request you to post the resolution here for the benefit of community.
