Hmmm, it seems to be working again now for me...

gpt-35-turbo is not working. i facing the "Completions call failed:The server had an error while processing your request." error.

gpt-35-turbois failing, I've also got acode-davinci-002that is working fine - It was working fine yesterday, started having problems this morning (14th April, UK time)
- As soon as I receive the 500 errors as above, Azure seems to detect the problem, and then I see this in the "Resource health" section: "We are sorry, your Cognitive Services resource is unavailable. We're working to automatically recover your Cognitive Services resource and to determine the source of the problem. No additional action is required from you at this time."
- However, after about 1 hour, it then said it was recovered - but it still didn't work. As soon as I tried the API again, it went back to this "unavailable" status and has now been like that for over an hour.
- I've tried with a minimum python example and get the same error.
- Same problem in the Chat playground
I'm guessing some changed was pushed yesterday / today that has broken things? Does anyone have
gpt-35-turboworking or is everyone having this problem?
