How do I remove folders from the nav pane in Outlook 2021

I'm attempting to clean up after using various versions of Office that I have used for years. When installing a new version of Office I've never uninstalled the old version. I just installed the new version over the old version. Currently, I'm attempting to remove some folders in the Outlook nav pane. Image

In the above image I've identified the folders I want to delete. If I right-click on any of them there is no DELETE option in the list that pops up. If I select PROPERTIES from the list I see the following.Image

I can accept that the folder is not available and would like to remove the entry from the list. How do I accomplish this?

    Assuming the type of your email account is Exchange and you can try deleting the unwanted folders using the MFCMAPI tool.
