I Enable WOL from Power manager in BIOS setting and from Device Manager too. Its working fine when its in sleep mode but not Shutdown. Thank You

It might be related to the BIOS/UEFI setting and you will need to check with your device's manufacturer support. Windows will facilitate the WoL but the functionality depends on the hardware vendor. You may also check for update for BIOS/UEFI.
