This error message suggests that the user account you are using to access the Azure Portal does not have the necessary permissions to fetch tokens for the Microsoft Azure Support extension. It also indicates that the user account does not exist in the Microsoft Services tenant.

To resolve this issue, you should try the following steps:

Make sure that you are using the correct user account to access the Azure Portal.

Verify that the user account is a member of the correct Azure Active Directory (AAD) tenant. You can check this by navigating to the Azure Active Directory blade in the Azure Portal.

Ensure that the user account has the necessary permissions to fetch tokens for the Microsoft Azure Support extension.

If the user account is not a member of the correct AAD tenant, you can add the account as an external user in the tenant.

If the issue persists, you can contact Microsoft Support for further assistance.

Note: If you are still unable to access the Azure Portal, you may need to try accessing it from a different network or device to rule out any network or device-specific issues.
