Download my One on One chat on Teams

I have discussions on Teams with my manager. I would like to download my chats to use as a reference during my performance discussion. How do I achieve this? it is not in a set Team channel.

    You cannot, there is no such functionality in Teams. The only thing that comes close is running eDiscovery, but that requires admin privileges. Also, it will produce separate results for every single message, unless you have the Advanced eDiscovery SKU.

    I understand it would be nice if it's available to download or export conversations in Teams app. But it's not feasible for Teams to achieve this right now. I suggest you vote for the following idea in our UserVoice website. And a good news is that the idea is under review. Whether the feature would come out depends on the effort of customers like you.

    Based on my knowledge, all Microsoft Teams 1:1 or group chats are journaled through to the respective users' mailboxes. These contents can be searched and used during eDiscovery investigations. For more details, you can refer to:
