I am unable to log into my Microsoft account. I get AADSTS5002728: invalid JWT token. The iat claim has value -1, which is not of a valid format.

Where are you trying to sign in when you receive this error? If you are receiving the "unable to authenticate credentials" message, I would recommend trying the troubleshooting steps here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/troubleshoot/azure/active-directory/unable-authenticate-credentials
If you are receiving this message in the context of signing into an application, the root cause probably lies in the configuration for calling the token endpoint as described here.
