Azure Topology Diagram Not Showing Resource Names (with solution)

Question

This is a solution to this problem I was having where the Topology Diagram would not display resource names.

The issue occurs because of the Dark Theme and changing to any other theme allows the resource names to be seen.

With These "Appearance + Startup Views" Settings, the topology diagram looks like this

However if you change the settings to anything that is not the dark theme it fixes the issue and the resulting Topology Diagram looks like as it should:

If it could be change so that the Topology Diagram view provides the names even when using Dark Theme that would be great. The blinding white of the Azure Portal is hard on my eyes after a couple hours of work.
