What are the specs of this computer ? (RAM, CPU, Drive)
Windows 7 to Windows 10
Hello i get a computer by my mom, but this computer is 8 years old and i going to upgrade to windows 10 a i download a Aplication-guide for upgrading to windows 10 and i opn this and all is okay but i have 1 adapter no compatibiled and i cant upgrade this computer to windows 10
Now i have Windows 7 proffesional.
i Have problem with adapter Microsoft ISATAP adapter.

Hi,Before upgrade you need to see if your new hardware is fully compatible with Windows 10 as it was with Windows 7.
Try to use a Windows 10 compatibility checker:
• Download the Windows 10 Media Creation Tool from Microsoft‘s website
• Launch the program
• On the License terms page, select Accept
• On the What do you want to do? page, select Upgrade this PC now
• Select NextAlso, if you are experiencing issue with Microsoft ISATAP Adapter error in the system, please check the error code.

You may try to remove those from device manager and restart your PC, and scan for hardware change, let windows reinstall the drivers. Then you can try to upgrade to windows 10.
Or run in command prompt (open as admin) and type - sfc /scannow
Restart the PC and try to upgrade to windows 10 using this link:
