I have github student developer's pack through which also I tried to login and connect but it still says I'm not eligible

I am unable to claim my azure free credit for my student subscription, it keeps on telling me I am not eligible with a student account I have github student developer's pack through which also I tried to login and connect but it still says I'm not eligible. Kindly help
