re skype and calling from my CRM followupboss

OK for 2 months I have been trying to fix a problem that in my FUB -CRM I used to be able to click on clients profile phone number and call via skype would happen

2 months ago when I did that it poped a box saying what do you wish to use I saw skype for business so UI thought ok that the correct click on so I did

from that moment on I have not been able to access via FUB -CRM

I have had discussions with skype help and had a tech look at it he said we should remove skype for business which he did but it still does not work

I need to ask for a live tech to help but when try to access i am redirected to help advise that frankly is not working i need a tech to sought this out for me please

i have had my web guy try to fix this but again not getting it to work he has gone in to my lap top and tried to give just skype access on the control of which number to call but it will accept just skyoe in its protcoll were do i go for tech live help now ?

    Did that already it's not in FUB it's there tech spent an hour on it

    in my computer accepting Skype for business as the caller

    its a cliche in not connecting with micro soft windows not receiving instructions I am in need of a tech help live where do I go to get that live service is the question?
