Hello @Shubham Dev Is it a wired or wireless mouse? Does it work properly outside of the remote desktop session ? without Relative Mouse configurations, did it work ? If you suspect that the problem is related to the RDP client, you might try a third-party RDP client.
How to fix redirected USB mouse with RemoteFX not working over RDP?
I needed to run some applications which require Relative Mouse, so I followed the answer by https://superuser.com/questions/849918/erratic-mouse-movement-in-3d-games-over-rdp-with-remotefx AviD. And my redirected mouse appears in the Mice and other pointing devices section of Device Manager but still the mouse doesn't work, I am able to move on the screen using my second mouse which is not forwarded but the forwarded neither works on RDP nor on the Client. How do I make the forwarded mouse work on RDP

By default, devices in the aforementioned categories are accessible in the remote session by using high-level device redirection methods. These methods of redirection enable optimal performance and backward compatibility of the device in the majority of user scenarios. Consequently, these devices are not offered via RemoteFX USB redirection.
