unlock exam registration

how do i unlock exam registration? Hi, i am trying to do a AZ-305 certification, but due to some payment error i was pushed out of payment gateway, if i again trying to schedule the examination i am getting an below error. Kindly help to resolve this. https://examregistration.microsoft.com/error?s=ERROR_VUE_WIDE_BLOCK
