I keep getting black screen

Question

I keep getting black screen but i hear the sound of windows and background music i was playing but after some seconds it shuts but the pc is still running until i restart it manually (shutdown button) what i noticed
-It happens randomly at anytime
-In the event manager it says dwm.exe crash and sometimes livekernel event (141)

Do you experience the same in Safe mode? Uninstall, reinstall and update your graphic card driver. Visit the support site of the manufacturer and download, install the latest update.

#1 I'd recommend running a clean install of Windows 11:

#2 If this doesn't work I'm afraid there may be a problem with your video card or some other component in your PC. I have seen this with multiple people having issues with their video card. It typically is either their video card is starting to fail, or their PSU (Power Supply Unit) doesn't produce enough output to support all the PC components.
