Blob Trigger in python gets an empty stream

Hi, I am implementing a function that is triggered every time a blob changes in a container. Even if the file is not empty, the stream is empty when the function is executed. It does not happen all the time. Can you help me out figuring the problem? thank you

2023-04-16T17:48:12.26+00:00 to give you more context: I implemented a pipeline that each step writes a file in a blob container. Steps:
- pdf triggers a function that extracts the text and saves it as txt in the container
- the extracted text triggers a function that polishes the result and write a third file in the container The second step sometime fails because the stream of the first TXT file is empty.
