XBox app crashes on launch, have tried every fix recommended with no help.

About two days ago I tried launching the XBox app on my PC, and it showed the loading screen for a moment and then crashed. I then tried repairing, resetting, and reinstalling the app. Nothing worked.
Once I reinstalled the app, and launched the app from the installer, I was given the error code "0x80040904". This error code only pops up when launching the app from the installer after a fresh install. If I launch the app normally, I get no error code, just loading screen then crash. Please help :)
