Cant sign into OneDrive, account frozen

After being incessantly bombarded with notifications saying 'all my data would be deleted' and other shills to try to get me to spend my money to sign up for paid Microsoft OneDrive, I finally caved and just said screw it I'll do it, anything to make the harassment stop. I signed up and paid for the 'basic' version, which gives me 100GB. You can see in the bottom left hand corner of the screenshot below that I am only using half of the 100GB, yet it says in large bold red text ' Your account is frozen until you take action. You're over your storage limit and your files will be deleted on or after May 29, 2023'...

I've tried over and over again to sign into the OneDrive service on my laptop, and yes I am able to sign in online. Below is a screen shot of what happens when I try to sign in:

When trying to sign in it says 'A OneDrive folder already exists on this PC', and has the options to either 'Use this folder' or 'Choose new folder' . I've tried countless times to use both options with no avail.
I really didn't even want OneDrive in the first place but I had to do something to make the nonstop notifications stop and didn't want all my stuff to be deleted either. What can I do to fix this? I've tried numerous other Q&A's on here to problems that were similar to mine, and even a troubleshooting thing on Microsoft's site that had me reset OneDrive and do a bunch of other stuff that didn't work. Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be? I would really appreciate any help

-Joey

    Hi @I'm Old Gregg

According to 'What does it mean when your OneDrive account is frozen?', if you are experiencing issues unfreezing your OneDrive, it's best contact support to help you.

Persoanlly, I suggest you try to move one large file from OneDrive to have a check.

Besides, starting February 1, 2023, cloud storage used across Microsoft 365 apps and services will include Outlook.com attachments data and OneDrive data. This update may reduce how much cloud storage you have available to use with your OneDrive.

So please also sign in to Outlook.com and check your email storage settings to see what’s taking up space.

Hope the information could be helpful to you.
