I can't access OneDrive

I am a student of ITS organization. Currently, I cannot access OneDrive. I contacted the Admin of the organization but she couldn't help, the reason was that another member uploaded invalid data and the data on the system was deleted or frozen. Admin was not able to help me get my data back. When I log in, this site report: Something is wrong The page you love is not temporarily unavailable.     According to your description, it seems that you are getting throttled or blocked.

    Below is a quick summary of the best practices to handle throttling:

    • Reduce the number of concurrent requests
    • Avoid request spikes
    • Choose Microsoft Graph APIs over CSOM and REST APIs when possible
    • Use the Retry-After and RateLimit HTTP headers
    • Decorate your traffic so we know who you are

    Ask your admin go to the M365 admin center, click the "Create link to files" under OneDrive. 04181

    Then click the generated link, if he can access your OneDrive, you can ask her to download the file for you.

    Hi,

    Did you sign in other OneDrive account in the same PC?

    Only OneDrive for web cannot login in the account?

    You can try to change another PC and check if the account can login in.

    If this problem only appears in specific PC, I suggest you remove all OneDrive Credential:

    Go to Control Panel > User Accounts > Credential Manager- Click on "Web Credentials" and "Windows Credentials"- remove all OneDrive Credentials and check if you can login the account.
